1. The Cadbury 2026 Easter “Count the Golden Egg” Contest (“Contest”) is organised by Mondelez Singapore Sales Pte Ltd (“the Organiser”) and is open to all legal residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above as of the start of the Contest Date, 1 March 2026.
2. The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest:

The Organiser reserves the right to revise the Contest Period at any time without prior notice or assign any reason whatsoever. 5. Proof of submission does not guarantee proof of receipt. The Organiser is not liable for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected submissions.
6. The Organiser will not reply to confirm receipt of entries or respond to any related queries.

2. In the event of unavailability of a particular prize, the Organizer may at its sole discretion substitute any one of the Prizes with any item of similar value. All Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The estimated value of the Prizes is correct at the time of printing. All Prizes are given on an “as is” basis.
3. The Organizer shall not be liable for any misinterpretation of facts in respect of the Prizes offered and published in any mass media, marketing, or advertising materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer makes no representations and/or warranties with respect to any Prizes provided under the Contest. In particular, the Organizer gives no warranty with respect to the merchantability, quality of the Prizes or their suitability for any purpose.
4. The Organizer shall reserve the right and absolute discretion to substitute the Prizes at any time without prior notice or the need to provide any reason. The Prizes are non-transferable and are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable to any equivalent.
5. Any concerns or requests related to prize replacement must be submitted within the Contest Period. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any claims made after the Contest has ended.
1. Weekly Prize Winner Selection – Grand Prize
As part of the winners’ selection process, the Organiser will allocate serial numbers for each Entry received and approved by the Organiser throughout the Promotion Period, each a “Qualified Entry” and collectively the “Qualified Entries”. A set of serial numbers will be allocated for the Qualified Entries starting from serial number “1”.
Selection of the Grand Prize Finalists: (3655 - 18 = 3637) and (3637 ÷ 4 = 909.15). Since dividing 3637 with 4 will result in a decimal number, the number 909.15 will be rounded down to 909. Participants with Qualified Entries bearing the following serial numbers will be selected as the Winner Finalists: 909.
2. Weekly Prize Winner Selection – Consolation Prize
As part of the winners’ selection process, the Organiser will allocate serial numbers for each Entry received and approved by the Organiser to be a successful entry throughout the Promotion Period, each a “Qualified Entry” and collectively the “Qualified Entries”. A set of serial numbers will be allocated for the Qualified Entries starting from serial number “1”.
Selection of the Consolation Prize Finalists: (3655- 18 = 3637) and (3637 ÷ 18 = 202.05. Since dividing 3655 with 18 will result in a decimal number, the number 202.05 will be rounded down to 202.
The following Participants with Qualified Entries bearing the serial numbers 202, 404, 606, 808 &…… (computation example: 202, 202 + 202 = 404, 404 + 202 = 606, 606 + 202 = 808……..3434 + 202 = 3636) shall be selected as the Finalists.
In the event the next computed number exceeds the total number of Qualified Entries (i.e., 3654), and should any of the selected Participants be disqualified for whatsoever reason, the replacement Finalist shall be determined based on the next consecutive running number following the disqualified entry (e.g., if 202 is disqualified, the next qualified Participant shall be 203, and so forth).
1. The Organiser will announce the Winners for prizes by weekly basis on https://goldenegghunt2026.com. Shortlisted participants will be contacted via mobile phone through WhatsApp with number +65 8949 1650 by the appointed Contest agency for verification. Should the first attempt to contact the eligible winner fail, such as getting no reply, telephone number not in service and / or no connection, etc., another two (2) attempts will be made within the next 48 hours. The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event the eligible winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
2. In the event the Winner is not contactable after the 3rd attempt, the Organiser shall reserve the full discretion to determine the next Winner in line or to forfeit the prize as it sees fit. All prizes must be claimed within one [1] month from the date of announcement of winners done via WhatsApp Messaging (“WM”). All unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited.
3. Prize will be delivered to the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide a correct and valid address and contact number. Failure to present the original receipt will result in forfeiture of the prizes. Prize will be delivered to the winner within one [1] month from the time of Winner Announcement via WhatsApp Messaging (“WM”).
4. All winners must claim their prizes within the period stipulated by the Organizer. The Organizer shall not be responsible or obliged to entertain any enquiries, requests for verification, or replacement of prizes under any circumstances whatsoever upon the expiry of the Contest Period and prize collection period.
5. Prizes will be delivered based on details provided by winners. Winners must ensure accurate details are submitted. Representatives collecting Prizes on behalf of winners must present an authorization letter from the winner.
6. The Organiser is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of Prizes during redemption or delivery. Late Prize redemptions will not be entertained.

3. Participants suspected of tampering with Contest processes will be disqualified. The Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against fraudulent activities.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected entries for any reason whatsoever or problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to the Participants or their personal computer or telecommunication device related to or resulting from participation in the Contest and it’s mechanics.
2. To the extent permitted by law, each Participant and any person acting on his/her behalf agree that the Organizer shall not be responsible and / or liable for any loss, injury, death, claim or damage suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with the Contest and / or use of the Prizes, and shall release completely and indemnify the Organizer from any or all claims losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred in connection therewith.
3. The Participants shall indemnify and keep the Organizer and its officers, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, claims and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the Participants’ breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer assumes no responsibility or liability for the acts or defaults of merchants or third parties, any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in any Prize given out in the course of the Contest. The Organizer makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of any Prize, whether as to the satisfactory quality or performance or otherwise whatsoever. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organizer is not an agent of any merchant or vice versa. Any dispute should be resolved directly with the relevant merchant.

By participating in the Contest, the Participants give consent and absolute right to the Organizer to use, including but not limited to, their names, photographs, video clips and their Prizes as materials for the purposes of advertising, marketing, trade and/or publicity, without any prior notice. Each Participant also agrees that all worldwide intellectual property rights in any statement, materials or content submitted, made or created by a Participant in connection with the Contest and any derivative works arising therefrom will be perpetually and unconditionally vested in, assigned to, and owned by the Organizer or its affiliated companies. The Organizer has the right to use and modify such materials and / works in any way it deems fit without the need to provide any compensation to any Participant and each Participant unconditionally and irrevocably waives all rights (including moral rights) he or she may have in such materials or works. The Participant hereby expressly waives any and all rights which the Participant may acquire or have and any other moral rights which the Participant may have or be entitled under any such legislation now existing or in the future enacted in any part of the world.
4. Any information, personal data and material about or obtained from the Participants may be accessed, stored or otherwise processed in any medium or format determined by the Organizer.
5. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with the Contest, that relate to the Contest Prizes, are the property of their respective owners. The Contest and Organizer are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, the relevant owners, where such owners are independent and not part of the Mondelez group of companies.
1. By entering this Contest, the Participants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the Contest and the decisions of the Organiser.
2. The Contest Terms & Conditions and the Contest mechanics may be amended from time to time and shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of the Contest.
